This gives all children a foundation to achieve their full potential at every stage of life. The Teacher is responsible for delivering challenging and engaging instruction in the content area(s) consistent with his/her certification as well as fostering and maintaining open lines of communication with students and families. The Teacher must comply with state and federal educational laws and regulations at all times.Principal Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and provide instruction in English and in the students' native language. Instruction shall be closely related to and coordinated with the regular instruction program. Plan, organize, and provide instruction in verbal and written skills of the native language Establish and maintain strength-based relationships to ensure behavioral standards while fostering student self-discipline and positive peer relationships Engage in on-going professional development in content area and pedagogy Plan learning activities to address individual differences among students.
