The Will Call Associate is responsible for processing will call orders in a customer-facing role at the Will Call desk. This includes handling transactions accurately, using pallet jacks and potentially forklifts to retrieve and organize orders, and ensuring timely and safe delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude. SCHEDULE: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, or similar. Training may occur at other times.
