This role is crucial in managing our extensive library of sports sponsorship clips and overseeing the creation and delivery of billboards during our sports broadcasts. The ideal candidate possesses a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for sports and sports media.Responsibilities:1. Digital Media Library Management:
  • Organize, categorize, and maintain our digital media library of sports sponsorship clips, ensuring clips are accessible to the sales organization to send to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sponsorship marketing team to upload, tag, and manage new media assets, ensuring accurate metadata and descriptions each week as broadcasts happen.
  • Regularly audit the library to ensure files are up-to-date, properly labeled, and accessible.
  • Help lead the creation of sizzle reels for sponsors and recap videos alongside an editor and producer
2. Billboard Project Management:
  • Oversee the scheduling, creation, and delivery of billboards during sports broadcasts, ensuring that sponsor messages run accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with editors and production to ensure billboards are delivered correctly to studio and remote game crews and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
  • Liaise with Account Executives and the sales team to obtain required billboard assets and coordinate billboard requirements.
4. Communication and Collaboration:
  • Act as a bridge between various teams to ensure seamless execution of the aforementioned responsibilities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address any concerns or changes related to media content and billboard operations.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of media assets (digital media library) and billboard schedules.
  • Generate regular reports on the usage and effectiveness of sponsor content on billboards during broadcasts.
6. Stay Current with Industry Trends:
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital media management, sports broadcasting, and sponsorship integration.
  • Suggest innovative approaches to enhance the visual appeal and impact of sponsor content during broadcasts.
7. Other
  • Ability to step in and help the sponsorship activation and execution team with other tasks outside of the aforementioned responsibilities on an as needed basis.
    • Help with the execution of sponsored integrations in broadcasts such as NBA on TNT, NBA TV, NHL on TNT, MLB on TBS, US Soccer, AEW, and more.
    • Help create presentations and recaps for Management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communication, Broadcasting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in media library management, digital asset management, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with sports media and broadcasting workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in media editing software and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $37,128.00 - $68,952.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
