Carver Companies is seeking an experienced Billing Administrator to join our team located at our spectacular new office located in Albany (Guilderland) NY.This is an in-person position.This is NOT a remote or hybrid position. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Billing Administrator to join our team. The Billing Administrator is responsible for tracking all costs associated with projects and processing bills in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. Core Responsibilities

  • Generate and update inventory and usage
  • Generate purchase orders and code to appropriate jobs or projects
  • Review and code vendor invoices
  • Review and code employee timesheets
  • Daily data entry to track and code labor and materials
  • Complete project intake forms & route for approvals
  • Job buildouts
  • Generating invoices for customers
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative or billing experience is necessary.
  • Experience with job costing a plus.
  • Word processing, spreadsheets, email communication and other computer skills are required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • This is an in-person position.
