Job Title: Billing AnalystJob Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our growing team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in billing and logistics while working in a supportive and dynamic environment. The Billing Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and executing customer billing processes, ensuring vendor charges align with agreements, and maximizing revenue per transaction.
Responsibilities
+ Gather charges from our vendors to prepare shipments for billing customers.
+ Work with vendor relations to ensure vendors charge according to the agreement.
+ Execute changes to invoices when vendors overcharge.
+ Bill customers for all corporate stations.
+ Gather missing documents and information to prepare files for billing (reference fields, POD Documents, Customer BOLS, etc.).
+ Assist with billing collections.
Essential Skills
+ Strong administrative skills.
+ Ability to strategically lead the analysis and execution of billing processes.
+ Aptitude for holding vendors accountable for charges.
+ Detail-oriented with a focus on capturing maximum revenue per transaction.

Work Environment
Our team consists of four members and a hands-on supervisor with 30 years of experience. We operate in a brand-new office, providing a supportive environment with opportunities for long-term advancement. The work environment is collaborative, and the supervisor is dedicated to helping team members grow and succeed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
