The Billing assistant will process and reconcile payments, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies, in addition to providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and maintaining detailed records. - Reconcile incoming payments against records
- Process payments through multiple systems
- Verify payment accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain detailed records and documentation
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of billing or collections experience
- Strong proficiency in standard office software including Excel
- Preferable experience with Lawson
