Davidson Oil has an opening for a Billing Associate in Amarillo, TX. We are seeking a meticulous individual with a passion for numbers to ensure our customers receive accurate and timely invoices for fuel and freight deliveries.

What you will be doing:

• BILL QUICKLY: Guarantee all invoices are generated and distributed within 24 hours of service.
• BILL ACCURATELY: Maintain precise data entry.
• BILL EFFECTIVELY: Prioritize tasks for optimal cash flow.

What We Need:

• Prior billing experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to commit up to 30 hours per week.
