The Billing Clerk processes billing of all new and used vehicle deals, verifying all policies, money down, trade information and necessary paperwork. Routes vehicle transactions and ensures the proper completion of related documentation through the accounting office.Job Responsibilities
  • Reviewing deal paperwork for compliance
  • Coordinates changes to recaps with F&I
  • Posting deals in DMS
  • Calculating sales commission
  • Maintain and balance logs and accounting schedules
Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)QualificationsRequired: Automotive Accounting Experience: 1 yearCandidate must demonstrate above average clerical and computer skills with accurate data entry and attention to detailMust communicate effectively in both written and oral format with customers and co-workersCompensationCompensation is determined by experience and qualifications.
