Position Title: Billing Specialist
Reports to: Accounting Manager
BROAD FUNCTIONS: J & H Oil Company is a wholesale fuel and petroleum distributor based in Wyoming, Michigan. We are seeking a Billing Specialist for our wholesale fuels and lubricants division. This positions is directly responsible for timely and successful processing of the Company's billing needs. This position will also assist with Accounts Payable processing, inventory reconciliations, and rebate management.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receive and process branded fuel invoices for the gas station dealer network
2. Receive, process and bill wholesale fuel and lubricant sales to our commercial network
3. Process fuel receipts, movements and deliveries
4. Reconcile fuel inventories
5. Financial Analysis
6. Account Reconciliation
7. Rebate analysis and accounting

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
1. Foundation of knowledge of accounting management systems
2. Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills
3. Strong attention to detail while prioritizing and managing changing priorities in a fast pace environment
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills;
5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite, with an emphasis in Microsoft Excel
6. Previous experience with PDI and basic knowledge of the Petroleum and Convenience Store Industry is preferred but not required
