Job Opportunity: Billing Specialist
Location: Northeast Houston (77049)
Growing construction company needs a ROCK STAR Billing Specialist! We're looking for a dedicated team member to support our service department and contribute to our success.
Responsibilities:
+Manage billing for the service department and panels.
+ Oversee timekeeping for weekly employees.
+ Reconcile logged hours and bill back by project.
+ Assist with rental invoicing (experience is a plus).
+ Enter data for new jobs and change orders.
+ Answer phones and provide support as needed.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements:
+ Must pass DISA background check and drug screening.
+ Familiarity with Computer Ease is helpful, but not required; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is essential.
+ Comfortable working in a smaller team and taking on various responsibilities, including receptionist tasks.
+ Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
+ Friendly, helpful, and committed individuals are encouraged to apply; we value personality and team fit.
+ This position is onsite, Monday to Friday.

While skillset is important client is very much looking for personality hire and is open to seeing 2 types of candidates:
+ 2+ years of experience in a Billing/Billing Support type of role and offering $24-27/hr
+ 6+ years of experience as a Senior Billing Specialist and offering $28-33/hr
