It is an in office environment with a team looking for billing support. salary: $20 - $21 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities
- Prepare, issue, and send invoices to clients
- Verify billing data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Maintain and update customer records with accurate billing information
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries promptly
- Reconcile accounts and ensure payments are received and processed
- Generate regular billing reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing-related issues
- Follow up on overdue payments and manage collections, as needed
