Job DescriptionThe Billing Clerk will be responsible for billing accounts accurately and in a timely fashion that ensue proper hospital reimbursement and adjudication of patients' accounts.RequirementsCandidates must have:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Insurance background preferred
- Typing speed of 40-45 wpm
- Minimum of three (3) months on-the-job training to attain reasonable proficiency
- Knowledge of Patient Accounting System
- WebMD, MED-E America electronic Billing System
