Job Details:

CACT Billing Coordinator Job Responsibilities

• Manual review of all departmental charges and medical documentation to ensure all office visits, in-patient services, tests and procedures are properly documented and correctly billed

• Review reconciliation reports to ensure all professional and clinical charges are captured
• Charge capture all clinical and outreach services
• Maintain daily log of all clinic/inpatient charges, procedures and tests
• Update departmental monthly COO2 stats based on daily charges
• Maintain Billing WorkQs
• Biller will assist with obtaining referrals for office visit as needed
• Biller assist with obtaining authorizations for procedures and tests as needed

Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED Required
• Experience working in a medical field is preferred

Posted Salary Range: USD $24.15 - USD $27.30 /Hr. :

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
