Responsibilities:

  • Process and prepare invoices using data from technician work orders.
  • Email invoices to customers.
  • Process charge card sales orders through third party processing system.
  • Assist with finalizing invoices in Crown Centralized System. Monitoring the pending status until approved or rejected.
  • Process quotes for Crown Centralized Customers.
  • Provide back-up support for other office staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Prior work experience in Billing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of personnel
  • Good computer skills; knowledge of Word and Excel a plus
  • Capable of prioritizing projects
  • Excellent organizational skills

Educational/Work Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service and billing experience a plus
