Job Title: Billing CoordinatorLocation: Fort Worth, TXType: Full-Time, On-SitePosition Summary:The Billing Coordinator will play a vital role in managing and reconciling telecommunications billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments through the use of Microsoft Access databases and Excel spreadsheets. This position requires close collaboration with telecommunications vendors, handling project coordination, and managing inventory for telecommunications lines. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.Key Responsibilities:Bill Reconciliation: Review and reconcile telecommunications bills using Microsoft Access databases to ensure payment accuracy.Reporting: Generate and maintain detailed reports in Excel for management.Telecommunication Line Management: Manage inventory for company phone and cellular lines, including ordering, installation, disconnections, and issue resolution.Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Log problem calls, escalate as needed, and communicate resolutions with IT staff and users.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation in SharePoint, including vendor contacts, circuit and line inventories, and contract information.Contract Management: Track and manage contract timelines, notifying IT Operations Manager in advance of expirations.Minimum Qualifications:Technical Expertise: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to support billing reconciliation and reporting.Software Knowledge: Familiarity with standard software packages for data analysis and reporting.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to Detail: Demonstrates a strong work ethic, with meticulous attention to detail and quality standards.Preferred Qualifications:Bilingual in SpanishExperience with SharePoint for documentation management.Power BI Experience for data visualization and reporting.Telecommunications/IT Terminology KnowledgeIdeal Candidate Profile:The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
