Billing Customer Support Representative - Macon, GA
Salary: $17.37 per hour/$35,000 annually
We're looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals in our Macon, GA office to join our Auto Service team! As a Billing Customer Support Representative, you will receive telephone calls from current policyholders regarding billing information or use of the internet. Responsibilities include providing general billing information, processing endorsements, taking payments, and processing payment plan changes.
Billing Customer Support Representatives will participate in an up-skilling program to complete GEICO Service Training and licensing over time.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
* An effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic
* Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
* Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly
* Open to feedback to support your performance and development
* Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
* Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
