Job Description:

About the Role: Produces customized invoicing in collaboration with Sales, Operations, and customers. Follows up with Site Personnel to ensure all charges are submitted timely and accurately into the billing system, and that all charges are in accordance with contractual agreements. Tracks all transactions and reconciling each account monthly to ensure proper revenue recognition Your Impact: - Reviews and tracks routine contracts, amendments, schedules, POs, and RMAs required for billing. - Utilizes reports to add and remove machines from eBilling system; prepares, reviews, and approves accurate monthly invoices based on contractual agreements and customer requirements; submits invoices for delivery via mail, email, or entry into 3rd party portals. - Tracks all transactions processed to reconcile revenue. - Retrieves, process, and archive all emails from shared inbox. - Attends and participates in training to ensure full understanding of the ongoing development of the eBilling system. - Responds to and resolves routine internal and external inquiries through phone, email, and customer care tickets in a timely manner. - Escalates issues to the Lead or the Manager. - Processes manual credits and rebills to correct invoicing as needed and advise all departments impacted. - Coordinates the application of all credits and advises Collections department on open balances. - Ensures proper GL revenue recognition for all accounts Supports Operations in the management of P&Ls. About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring: - HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience. - Intermediate Microsoft Excel required. - Ability to work overtime required, especially at month end. - May need to be available if necessary, for Business Continuity situations.
