Incumbents may perform all or most of the primary accountabilities listed below. Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the incumbent's performance objectives as outlined by the incumbent's immediate supervisor or manager.1. Supervises a team of Billing Integrity Analysts. Delegates tasks, evaluates team member performance, and participates in employment related decisions to ensure departmental efficiency. 2. This role acts as a key resource and point person for new and existing team members to include mentoring, onboarding of new employees, and training as needed.3. Tracks and creates metric reports for month end activities to include deadlines, invoice accuracy and bill review. 4. Assist with billing deadline tracker, review and updates deadline dates as needed.5. Assist as needed in auditing first month invoices for new clients and providers.6. Leads new employee billing integrity task and workflow training 7. Assist with escalated billing issues to help resolve client and provider dissatisfaction8. May manage special billing projects to ensure deadlines are met, audits are completed successfully, and for non-supported systems which requires manual updates.9. Assist team to complete client invoices. Audits team invoices to ensure accuracy.10. Creates PowerPoint presentations and other documentation used for internal and external corporate training and communication.11. Maintains a positive work environment that supports initiative and self-direction; provides a structure to optimize experience, skill, knowledge and capability of team members and rewards staff based on contribution and measured performance.Marginal or Additional Functions1. Acts as a resource for cross-functional departments to address and resolve challenges and provide effective solutions.2. Acts as a champion and lead with a positive attitude to foster a constructive and productive work atmosphere.3. Protects company's intellectual property and the privacy of customers' data.4. Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.Supervisory and Managerial Responsibility•This position has supervisory responsibilities to include hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and managing the performance of department team members.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesEducation, Licensure or Certification:•Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, healthcare, or medical billing certificate or equivalent work experience is required.Work Experience or Related Experience:•3-5 years' experience in which incumbents regularly interface with customers and/or vendors. This experience should include data support that entails general analytics and the presentation of information.•Experience in a senior level role and/or experience in mentoring, onboarding, and training of employees. Lean Six Sigma experience is preferred•Experience in the healthcare or medical fields in which incumbents have gained an understanding of durable medical equipment is preferred. •Experience within DMETrack of at least one year is strongly preferredSpecialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:•Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are required to perform the functions as described, including the ability to present information and training to team members•Excellent analytical skills to review data, identify trends, correlate information and provide a summary of findings.•Ability to work independently and displays good prioritization skills•A high attention to detailed information is required to review and reconcile data •Intermediate to Advance Excel skills to run, analyze and present data as described is required•The ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow standard operating procedures with regard to patient data to ensure compliance with HIPPA is requiredEquipment:•Strong knowledge business and communications software (MS Office) and web-based tools are required•Intermediate Excel skills to run, analyze and present data as described •Experience with DMETrack software of at least one year is strongly preferredTravel Requirements and Conditions•Limited overnight travel may be required.Work Environment, Conditions and Demands•Work is generally preformed in an office environment or remote setting in which there is only minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions.Physical Requirements and DemandsNote: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions as described.•Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipmentAdditional Position Information•No additional information is applicableWe are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.Dragonfly Health exists to provide a comprehensive offering of solutions that transform the care-at-home experience for clients, caregivers, patients, and partners.
