DescriptionRobert Half is seeking a Billing/Invoicing Specialist that can process a high volume of Invoices as well as support the Procurement team by purchasing requested materials via suppliers. Knowledge of QuickBooks is required. This position is onsite in the Lakewood, NJ area. Apply directly for consideration!Key Responsibilities:- Set up and manage wire transfers, handling a few hundred transactions weekly with precision and efficiency.- Prepare detailed lists for all purchase orders (POs) and negotiate terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.- Deposit payments promptly once approved, verifying quantities and prices for accuracy before executing payments.- Ensure all duties and shipping documents are accurate and complete before processing.- Track and monitor shipping containers, manage payment schedules, and ensure timely completion of inspections.- Verify financial details in Go-Flow, ensuring all transactions are accurate and match before processing payments.- Receive inventory in QuickBooks, accurately calculating costs and updating records.Requirements+ A degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is often preferred, though not always mandatory.+ Courses in accounting principles, financial management, or business operations may be beneficial.+ Accuracy in invoicing and billing is essential to avoid financial discrepancies.+ Ability to review and resolve billing issues, interpret contracts, and understand payment terms.+ Comfort with numbers and calculations to ensure accurate invoices and payments.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
