Description:

The Billing & Project Accounting Specialist reviews project contract documentation to ensure accuracy of project setup while following client requirements, the Project Management & Quality Guidelines, and the Revenue Decision Making Matrix. Accounts Payable processing within Oracle Cloud.

+ Responsible for the accurate input of new and existing project information into the BST Project Accounting Software

+ Prepares invoices using various software packages

+ Interfaces with technical, administrative, and professional personnel; and analyzes information pertinent to client invoicing.

+ Responsible for compiling the invoice packet to meet client requirements that may include timesheet and expense documentation, DBE reporting, client required forms and Project Manager progress report..

Qualifications/Skills:

+ Associate or Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field

+ 3+ years of project billing experience

+ 3+ years of experience creating invoices (not just processing, AND understand it from an A/P and A/R perspective)

+ 3+ years of change orders experience

+ 3+ years of experience working with project managers to track deadlines and milestones

+ Experience working within an engineering or architectural company with revenue over $300 million

+ Excel - Pivot tables, Vlookups, Sumif's, Index Match

Details/Additional Information:

+ This position will be a Fully Remote role operating on EST

+ The hours for these positions are flexible After training period, employee can start at 7am - 8:30am (standard 40 hr work week, Monday-Friday) with OT as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00
