About the job Billing Revenue Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing client engagement economics to ensure profitability, producing financial and operational information for decision-making, and identifying opportunities to optimize team efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to support billing and client analysis, implement tools for efficiency improvement, and manage databases for reporting purposes. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client engagement economics to determine current and future margin goals for enhanced profitability.
  • Generate financial, operational, and statistical insights from multiple data sources to support decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Interpret and analyze large volumes of data to uncover meaningful trends and patterns that drive innovative thinking and decision-making.
  • Develop modeling to identify hour efficiencies for business management teams to optimize team performance.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, Business Management operations, and HR to incorporate billing and client analysis in staffing and employee-related decisions.
  • Implement and manage tools to increase efficiency, enhance client profitability, and support revenue forecasting.
  • Review and analyze low-profit clients, devising strategies to move them toward profitability or recommending an appropriate exit plan.
  • Create and maintain monthly reports and dashboard reporting of key performance indicators to improve decision-making at all levels.
  • Utilize technical and database knowledge to recommend and implement system and process optimizations.
  • Manage multiple databases, integrating data from various key systems.
  • Assist in reviewing time data for accuracy and processing client billings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across the organization.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accurate and timely report generation.
  • Positive attitude and alignment with company culture and values.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, and Analysis ToolPak.
  • Ability to identify, drive, and implement change opportunities and initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to plan and execute projects, meeting multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple high-priority projects with great attention to detail.
  • Superior analytical and writing skills, along with strong business and financial acumen.
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance in previous roles.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and planner.
  • Self-managing and able to prioritize deliverables with analytical forethought.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people through inspiration, accountability, education, and execution.
  • Skill in assessing internal and external resources and mobilizing them effectively.
Requirements:
  • Advanced experience with Aderant software is a must.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with a focus on database management and business analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a strong academic record.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Change Management Leader.
