- Creates and reviews invoices
- Material billing
- Collaborates with clients to resolve billing issues
- Maintains account databases and updating information
- Performs customer service
- Responds to inquiries regarding customer account information
- Responsible for distribution of client invoices
Essentials -
- 2+ years of experience in construction billing
- 2+ years of experience in material billing
- Exposure to Deltek VantagePoint is a huge plus
- Proficiecy with MS Excel is a must
- Must be customer service oriented
- Possess excellent communication skills
