Position:

Title: Billing Specialist Finance Controllership

Location: Remote/Home Office (Pacific Time Zone)

Responsible for all WW Billing activities, timely invoice delivery, Sales Operations, Renewals and Professional Services team coordination.

What you will do:

  • Ensure accurate invoices are generated in line with customer POs, Statement of Work, legal addendums.
  • Invoices are generated timely and distributed within 24 hours to customers and partners.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, PS, upfront and renewals sales operations on invoicing requirements.
  • Audit of invoicing to sales orders in Oracle and NetSuite to ensure no dollars are missed
  • Process and audit credit memos packages, ensure Corporate Signature Matrix is followed.
  • Support both internal and external audit reviews.
  • Participate in ERP system enhancements, including detailed testing, coordination with IT and cross-functional teams, revenue.
  • Support special projects, as appropriate
  • Support month-end and quarter-end work duties, along with extended hours work hours as needed to support the business
  • Timely Account reconciliations.

This position is based in the Companys West region with duties of the position expected to be to be performed in California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and/or Washington. As such, the Company is solely considering applicants who reside in the foregoing states. The salary range for the position is $70,000 to $100,000. An individuals particular compensation will be determined by the Company, in its sole discretion, in light of the individuals geographical location, education, training, and/or experience.

What makes you an ideal candidate:
  • Bachelors degree and or equivalent work experience, 6 years minimum
  • Strong business understanding of the quote-to-cash process, key focus on billing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good basic accounting experience
  • Proven work experience in Billing
  • Hi-tech industry work experience preferred
  • Netsuite and Salesforce experience
  • Moderate to advance excel skills
