Location: Oxford,MI, USA
Position Purpose: To review all job costs and prepare customer invoices per contractual language, record sales and verify customer billings. This position will also assist in financial oversight for Project Managers by creating and maintaining financial trackers.
Essential Responsibilities
* Analyze customer contract or purchase orders for all pertinent information to generate invoices that meets customer requirements
* Review all job costs and supporting documentation
* Prepare invoices per contractual language for multiple customers
* Interact with key customers and Project Managers to ensure accurate job costs and invoices
* Work on multiple assignments with varying deadlines and priority levels while efficiently completing project invoicing
* Maintain billing files on projects, including backup for all audits
* Assist in training new employees
* Assist in special projects
* Work closely with IT to develop web programs
* Review processes and procedures for efficiency

* Solid computer skills including a familiarity with JDE, scanning and Microsoft Office
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or Equivalent (Education beyond High School preferred)
* 3-5 year of administrative and/or clerical support experience
Work Environment
* Must be able to remain in a stationary position over 50% of the time
* The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
* Continuously operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, scanner, and computer printer
* The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and coworkers and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
* Occasionally lifting 20 pounds
