Supporting the Cement business, you will work closely with the Billing Manager to ensure accurate and timely billing. You will have the opportunity to work independently, using your problem-solving skills to handle various billing tasks. If you enjoy making processes run smoothly and finding solutions, this could be the perfect role for you.

Heres what youll do:

• Review and process delivery documents to generate accurate invoices for our customers.
• Cross-check billing data against order details and price sheets to ensure consistency.
• Investigate and resolve any differences in pricing or charges by working with customers and other team members.
• Handle sales tax forms and make sure customer information is recorded accurately.
• Suggest improvements to billing processes and identify potential issues to enhance efficiency.
