Billing Specialist for Well Established Engineering firm
About our client:
- CFS of New York is working with a prominent and established Engineering firm in located in Midtown Manhattan.
- They're looking for a strong Billing specialist to join the team.
- The company boasts a collegial atmosphere with a collaborative team environment. Office space is very open, rec room, gym, snack rooms, etc. on site!
- Company is big on team building as many off their employees have been there long term.
Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist:
- Invoice processing for approximately 500 invoices per month
- Track and follow up on open balances
- Track projects through to completion
- Collections for past due accounts
- New Vendor set up
- Other tasks as may be assigned by the Billing Manager
What you bring:
- 2+ years experience of relevant experience, open to industry
- Experience with a billing system or tech savvy is a big plus
- Ability to communicate professionally at all levels
