Daily responsibilities include managing invoicing within an ERP system, participating in the Order-to-Cash cycle, and registering and reconciling collections. You will also research and resolve discrepancies and communicate directly with customers, sales representatives, business operations, customer success teams, and AR/collections teams. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in an AR or billing role within a global high-tech (SaaS) company, and familiarity with Netsuite and Salesforce.
