We have a great opportunity to join a growing SAAS technology company here in the White Plains area looking to hire a billing Analyst for their team.. It is great role with direct exposure to leadership . The position requires the ability to work with other departments and customers to ensure accurate and timely billing. A successful candidate will strive to gain a thorough understanding of the company, provide detailed analysis as requested and reconcile customer information with Salesforce, QuickBooks, OfficeSafe, and NetSuite.

responsibilities:

+ Track billing changes and maintain billing case queue.

+ Perform support tasks to maintain smooth billing in fast paced environment.

+ Keep accurate records (customer information, received payments etc.)

+ Assist with billing and billing reconciliations.

+ Communicate with other departments to resolve billing issues.

+ Issue credits/refunds as needed.

+ Assist the accounts receivable manager and billing associates with organizational projects and other tasks as needed.

qualifications:

+ 1-3 years of billing experience preferred.

+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

+ Ability to problem solve.

+ Experience working with large amounts of data a plus.

+ Advanced knowledge of excel (i.e. Pivot Tables & Vlookups) a plus.

+ Customer service experience is a plus.
