Our client based in the Norcross area is looking for a Billing Specialist to join their growing team!
Direct-Hire
Pay: $20 - $25/hr
In office Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
1. Telephone backup for receptionist
2. Assist with filing for accounts payable
3. Process accounts receivable invoices
4. Process Credit Memos
5. Creating invoices
6. Coordinating within the company on billings, answering customer questions, and collecting on select group of customers.
5. Process credit card payments
6. Reconcile project contract values to billings
7. Collections attempts for past due accounts
