Job Description: Claims & Billing SpecialistLocation: Hybrid (On-site 3 days a week, Memphis, TN)Duration: 9-12 monthsPay Range: $35 - $45/hour, depending on experience.Job Overview:We are seeking a Claims & Billing Accountant to manage claims submissions, review billing statements, and ensure compliance with healthcare billing guidelines. This role requires attention to detail and experience in claims processing within the public health sector.Key Responsibilities:

Process and submit claims to Medicaid, Medicare, and other third-party payers.

Review and reconcile billing statements for accuracy.

Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare billing regulations.

Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of experience in medical billing and claims management.

Proficiency in healthcare billing software (e.g., Epic, Kareo).

Strong understanding of Medicaid and Medicare claims processes.

Familiarity with public health systems.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Certification in Medical Billing (preferred).
