This full time role will support various billing and eBilling tasks for the firm's clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit eBills, track status, and provide reporting and follow-up as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding eBilling updates and issues
- Assist with client billing, collaborating with the Billing Coordinator to generate and edit client invoices
- Perform billing research and resolve discrepancies
- Support special projects and other accounting tasks as required
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with client billing and eBilling (law firm experience prefferred)
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and automated accounting/billing systems (experience with SurePoint is a plus)
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact effectively with partners, management, and staff
- Must be adaptable, demonstrate initiative, and be a team player
