This position serves as a billing reimbursement specialist for the Sandhills CDSA for the Sandhills Children's Developmental Services Agency. This position involves a variety of administrative functions that allow the CDSA to maximize agency revenues through reimbursement for services. This position provides administrative and clinical support to the CDSA staff by performing such duties as data entry and billing, word processing forms and letters, managing client records, and office equipment operations. This position will interact with parents, other professional and business personnel, and medical and specialized therapists both in person and by phone.

* Demonstrated possession of knowledge, skills and abilities gained through previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant/Secretarial.
* Data entry experience and good skills in verbal and written communication.

* Proficient in using the internet for research.
* Prior billing experience.
Management Preference:
* Fluency in conversational Spanish desired.
