- Review and process billing on a weekly basis via Advisor Software.
- Reconcile billing submitted to ensure payment and adjustments are accurately recorded and received.
- Enter various information into spreadsheets (Excel).
- Review and approve data received from local and state entities.
- Attends individual planning meetings and give input as it relates to billing.
- Communicate pertinent information with internal and external parties as it relates to billing.
- Assist with training staff on policies and procedures related to submitting billing documentation.
- Assist in compiling reports and information for audits and surveys.
- Assist finance management with special projects.

- Demonstrates a strong commitment to the mission and values of the agency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma.
- Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel.
- Must have the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.

- Work is performed in an office environment
- May be subject to repetitive motion such as typing, data entry and vision to monitor.
- May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
