Description Remedi SeniorCare is looking for a Billing Specialist! If you have billing experience, we are looking for you! This is an on-site position in Oklahoma City. The hours are 9:30am to 6:00pm, Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime.

What you will do: As a
Billing Specialist at
Remedi SeniorCare, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate billing processes for a variety of healthcare facilities, including Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Group Homes, and Private Pay statements. Your dedication to precision and efficiency will directly contribute to the seamless delivery of our pharmacy solutions.
Responsibilities include: - Billing 3rd party payers online (Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, and Medicare D plans)
- Monthly Billing of Nursing Home invoices and Private Pay statements
- Re-billing accounts as necessary
- Handling phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Assisting in Hospice Account setup
- Performing other tasks as assigned
What you will bring: - High School graduate or equivalency
- 3-5 years of Medical Billing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in typing and computer usage
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with medical terminology
