Our client a leading Hamptons service business is seeking a Billing Specialist to join its accounting team. The company is very stable and offers a very generous benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Review customer accounts and records to ensure accuracy and completeness in billing their accounts.
• Process refunds, billing adjustments, and credits as needed due to changing data within the account.
• Respond to billing inquiries and requests from clients via phone, email, or online chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
• Provide support to the accounting department with data entry, invoice generation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with account reconciliations, billing reconciliations, and other financial reporting tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to clients and addressing their concerns effectively.
• Additional accounting tasks as needed and directed by the Accounting Department.
