Compensation: $18-$20/hour Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Position: Billing Technician Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Billing Technician to join their team! Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare customer invoices using freight bills, bills of lading, and any other relevant delivery documentation.
- Proactively retrieve any missing paperwork necessary for invoicing.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in freight bills, addressing questionable charges.
- Leverage appropriate resources and tools to troubleshoot billing issues effectively.
- Consistently maintain an error rate in line with expectations set by the Billing Manager.
- Meet all billing deadlines, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly cutoffs are achieved.
- Provide additional billing support as needed, serving as a backup when assigned by the Billing Manager.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in billing and/or invoicing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education preferred.
- Knowledge of Bill of Lading (BOL) is highly preferred.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
