Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid: Telework - Monday & Friday, Onsite - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

PMCS Group, in partnership with Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), is seeking a qualified BIM Administrator II to join LAWA's Technology & Innovation Unit within the Planning & Design Division (PDD). You will be part of a talented team of over 40 planners, architects, engineers, and other technical professionals to design and deliver the next wave of capital improvements across airfields, terminals, and critical infrastructure. Key Qualifications:

  • Engineering background with expertise in BIM (Building Information Modeling) systems.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • One year of experience working with BIM processes and workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of PM/CM functions in construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and evaluate 3D models in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and ACC.
  • Administer Autodesk BIM360 Design and ACC project environments.
  • Maintain a digital library of BIM models on ACC or similar platforms.
  • Implement new BIM tools and innovative solutions to automate tasks and enhance workflows.
  • Ensure BIM models are accurate, up to date, and aligned with project standards.
  • Verify exported BIM data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in project team meetings to ensure compliance with BIM processes.
  • Review and comment on BIM submittals for quality and consistency.

Hardware/Software Knowledge:

  • Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, BIM360, Navisworks, ACC, O365 SharePoint, and Microsoft Office products.

Desired Qualifications:

  • CM-BIM (Certificate of Management - Building Information Modeling) certification is a plus.

Work Environment & Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid work schedule: Telework on Monday & Friday, onsite presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • May require occasional extended hours or shift flexibility based on project needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent is required.
