Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide Revit and CAD Support: Assist MEYERS+ engineers and designers across all disciplines with Revit and AutoCAD needs.
- Project Setup: Manage the initial setup of projects in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Model and Drawing Maintenance: Regularly maintain and update Revit models and AutoCAD drawings.
- Standards Development: Help create Revit MEP engineering, design, and production standards for all disciplines.
- Training and Guidance: Offer guidance and training to project teams on BIM best practices and software tools.
- Model Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Clash Detection: Execute clash detection procedures and assist in resolving conflicts within the BIM environment.
- Technology Integration: Stay current on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology, recommending and implementing new tools to enhance project efficiency.
- Software Assessment: Evaluate, select, and integrate new software and technologies that align with the firm's goals and project requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment with open communication among team members and across disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Revit: Experience with model linking and background visibility adjustments.
- AutoCAD: Proficient in handling operations with xrefs.
- ACC/BIM360: Strong understanding of project setup within ACC/BIM360.
