H2Engineering is looking for a talented BIM Coordinator to join our team. Remote work is available. We are seeking a BIM Coordinator with experience in commercial MEP design. The BIM Coordinator will oversee company-wide implementation of digital design and production platforms, research and introduce new technologies, develop and curate best practices, develop workflow process and standards, implement and enforce standards, advise and assist other users with process and methods, and lead training efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MEP design, simulation, and document production process.

• Bachelors' degree in design, technology or related field preferred
• 2-5 years' experience in engineering or architectural industries
• Advanced knowledge of BIM tools including Revit and AutoCAD
• In-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions with emphasis on project setup, file structuring, system troubleshooting, etc.
• Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
• Must be a self-starter and work well independently as well as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
