Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining digital 3D models of building projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all data.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for building projects using Revit software
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of accurate models
- Assist in design and coordination of electrical and distribution systems using VDC technology
- Perform clash detection analysis and coordinate design solutions with other trades
- Conduct quality control checks on models and implement necessary revisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in BIM modeling and design
- Strong knowledge of electrical and distribution systems
- Proficient in Revit and other BIM software
- Familiarity with VDC technology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
