Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Bindery Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and possess the ability to set up and run various bindery equipment, including Stahl/MBO 20- and 30-inch folders, Polar cutters and Osaka saddle binders. Mechanical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment is highly desirable. Responsibilities Set up and operate Stahl/MBO 20- and 30-inch folders, Polar cutters, and Osaka saddle binders. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow. Meet deadlines and schedules consistently. Schedule Full-time position 10-hour shifts, day shift Four days a week – Monday-Thursday Overtime and weekends as needed Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Work Location In-person at our facility Salary $18.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits Immediate enrollment in health, vision, dental and life insurance upon hire Paid holidays and vacation days Compensation based on experience 401(k) with matching Flexible spending account Health savings account Paid time off Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $18 - $26 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
