Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bioinformatics Specialist located in New York, NY. As a Bioinformatics Specialist, you will be responsible for data analysis primarily of single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomic data. Your work will contribute to advancing biomedical knowledge and improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Skills in sequencing, statistical analysis, and data analysis
• Experience in research and bioinformatics
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with bioinformatics tools and programming languages such as R and Python
• Advanced degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field
