Apply now and our proprietary system will quickly have you in front of a live recruiter. The Opportunity Description We're looking for a BioSpecimen Data Manager, working in Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products industry in 210 Welsh Pool Road, Exton, Pennsylvania, 19341, United States.

  • Responsible for data entry, data management, compilation and reporting activities within the Diagnostics group including: clinical and non-clinical sample biorepositories, coordination for sample reconciliation, shipping, compilation and maintenance of sample and data/assay tracking sheets.
  • Management of the internal research biorepository containing human specimens, cell lines and reagents for research and development use.
  • Activities including but not limited to data entry, review and reconciliation of database and tracking of sample shipments and associated data.

  • Minimum BS with 5+ years experience in the diagnostics industry and/or Biospecimen management.
  • Understanding of medical and clinical terminology is preferred.
  • Experience in database development using standard programs (Excel, Access) and Project Management tools (Powerpoint, Project)
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, specifically GCP or GLP is required.
  • Excellent organizational and record keeping skills essential.
  • Experience working with human samples.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and interact with multiple groups essential.
