Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Mid-Level Biotechnology Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and representing PranaX's innovative biotechnology solutions in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for PranaX's biotechnology products, specifically the ExoSTORE™ and ExoWELL™ products.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the biotechnology sector.
  • Conduct educational product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
  • ·Attend relevant trade shows that support the core PranaX product lines.
  • ·Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in biotechnology sales or a related field with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Applicants with sales, marketing and business development experience within the stem cell banking and wellness markets will be given priority review.
  • Strong understanding of biotechnology products, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
