Overview:The duties of the Bistro Coordinators will be as follows:
- To independently operate the food operation called the Bistro which is a Grab and Go venue
- To prepare items for the Bistro according to standards of recipe and presentation
- To stock items in the Bistro from the main kitchen and to properly display all items
- To serve customers according to customer service standards and properly account for cash register funds from sales.
- To maintain the Bistro area in a clean and sanitary fashion and assuring the area is orderly and attractively presented
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. 5 years previous experience in food handling, catering or fine dining. Culinary training or experience preferred.
