Provides informal fast-food services. Maintains cleanliness, helps ensure that budgeted food, labor, supplies and other cost goals are maintained.
* Provides food and beverage service of the best quality in accordance with the menu.
* Maintains cleanliness of production, service equipment, storeroom, service and other areas.
* Maintains accurate time records and reports.
* Ensures that required income control procedures are consistently used.
* Requisitions supply from The Club's kitchen and storeroom and ensure proper transfer and storage.
* Provides adequate display of garnishes and condiments on self-serve basis.
* Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire and other laws and requirements.
* Inspects the facility to ensure that sanitation, safety, energy management, and other programs are in place in The Bistro.
* Assists with production and service of food and beverage products.
* Prepares garnishes, mixer and pre-mixed drinks.
* Prepares and serves drinks according to reproved recipes.
* Reports complaints to management as soon as they occur.
* Cleans and locks-up according to prescribed procedure.
* Ensures that menu items are portioned in accordance with standard recipes.
* Answers the tee box phone calls in a timely manner.
* Maintains a neat, professional appearance and always observes personal cleanliness rules.
* Ensures that tickets have member number and signatures.
* Education: High school.
* Must be eighteen (18) years of age.
* Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
