THE OPPORTUNITY:

Join our team at BusPatrol as a Business Operations and Strategy Lead, where you will contribute to shaping the company's growth and operational efficiency. Reporting to the VP of BizOps & Strategy, you will support senior leadership in driving impactful change and executing key initiatives. This role requires a curious, driven individual with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn and grow. This role is dynamic and has the opportunity to be shaped over time based on the candidate's interests and skill.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Support:

  • Support the executive team in defining and refining BusPatrol's strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission
  • Lead development and execution of critical enterprise strategy deployment processes
  • Assist in driving stability, streamlining processes, and implementing projects aimed at accelerating growth

High-Priority Project Champion:

  • Support high-priority projects aimed at driving profitable growth, scaling best practices, and implementing operational improvements
  • Drive projects diagnosis to execution, including data analysis and solution incubation
  • Foster relationships with external partners, clients, and stakeholders to identify business development opportunities

Operational Improvement:

  • Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies

Business Development Support:

  • Contribute insights and expertise to support corporate strategy initiatives, including the exploration of new business lines, products, and markets
  • Assist in the development of new business models and the exploration of strategic growth opportunities
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or related fields
  • Proven track record of success in past roles
  • Demonstrated ability to support strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work cross functionally at all levels
  • Passion for leveraging data and technology to solve problems and drive change

The US salary range for this position is provided in this posting. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
