Job Title: BXMA- Direct Trading Operations, Analyst Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, a comprehensive understanding of financial markets, diverse asset classes and investment operations will be advantageous. Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for trade capture, cash and position reconciliations, and proactive resolution of exceptions
- Interact with sell side trading counterparts on market updates and trade related issues
- Collaborate with various teams within the firm to address trade and compliance queries
- Research and resolve trade breaks at Prime Brokers, Fund Administrators & Custodians
- Run end-of-day flash PNL and generate ad-hoc risk/performance reporting to support the investment team
- Partner with the technology team on building out technology solutions to enhance the control environment and optimize performance reporting
Qualifications - 2+ years of professional experience
- Expertise in fixed income, derivatives, equity products, and comprehensive understanding of the trade life cycle
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment; prior experience working directly with traders is a plus
- Works with technology teams on system enhancements
- Undergraduate degree
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury, trade support or middle office
- Proficiency with Excel, Python experience (a plus)

Expected annual base salary range: $110,000 - $125,000 Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
