Job Title: BXMA- Direct Trading Operations, Analyst Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, a comprehensive understanding of financial markets, diverse asset classes and investment operations will be advantageous. Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for trade capture, cash and position reconciliations, and proactive resolution of exceptions
  • Interact with sell side trading counterparts on market updates and trade related issues
  • Collaborate with various teams within the firm to address trade and compliance queries
  • Research and resolve trade breaks at Prime Brokers, Fund Administrators & Custodians
  • Run end-of-day flash PNL and generate ad-hoc risk/performance reporting to support the investment team
  • Partner with the technology team on building out technology solutions to enhance the control environment and optimize performance reporting
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Expertise in fixed income, derivatives, equity products, and comprehensive understanding of the trade life cycle
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment; prior experience working directly with traders is a plus
  • Works with technology teams on system enhancements
  • Undergraduate degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury, trade support or middle office
  • Proficiency with Excel, Python experience (a plus)

Expected annual base salary range: $110,000 - $125,000 Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
