The home office is located in Malvern, PA however this position primarily works in the community and visiting the homes of assigned clients- mostly in the Chester County area. Vehicles are provided for work travel.
Devereux Pennsylvania Childrens Services (DPACS) serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications:EDUCATION: Associates degree with 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology or other social science and 2 years experience in public or private human services with 1 year in direct client contact. Or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field (Psych, Social Work, Sociology, Criminal Justice, etc...)
EXPERIENCE: 2 years experience in public or private human services with 1 year in direct client contact.
