Preparation and Mixing:
- Accurately measure and load raw materials into blending equipment according to specified formulas.
- Operate blending equipment safely and efficiently to produce batches of product.
- Monitor blending process to ensure consistency and quality of the final product.
Quality Control:
- Conduct regular quality checks during and after the blending process.
- Document batch records and ensure all production data is accurately recorded.
- Identify and report any inconsistencies or defects in the product.
Requirement/ Qualifications
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Able to work with PPE
- Able to work in dusty environment
- MUST have Slip Toe resistant and composite toe shoes
- Must be able to constantly lift 50 LB.
- MUS Speak English
